Hi, I’m Silas. I get real about real estate.
I’m a real estate agent serving the Greater Seattle area, including Seattle, the Eastside, North Seattle, Lynnwood, and Edmonds.
And yes — for special people (you know who you are), I’ll even make the trek to Marysville, Tacoma, or one of the islands.
Before real estate, I spent years teaching, coaching, performing, and hosting podcasts. That means I’m very comfortable explaining complicated things clearly, asking good questions, staying calm when things get stressful, and keeping things human when it really matters.
I don’t believe in pressure, fake urgency, or “trust me, it’ll be fine.”
I believe in preparation, transparency, and helping you feel confident — not rushed — every step of the way.
